He has extensive project management and consulting experience with special focus on large and medium size projects in Government and the Development Sector.

Mike has a profound understanding of the management challenges confronting transitional societies. His experience covers the political (liberation struggle), development, public policy, organisation design, strategy, project management and transformation in the public sector.

Qualifications 

Mike holds several specialist post-graduate qualifications that include a post-graduate diploma in public policy and development management (PDM) from Wits School of Public Management and Masters in Management (MM) from Wits Business School with specialisation in Service Industry Management; Leadership and New Ventures.
